26 Days to and repair a new cellphone

I upgraded my contract. (one of three I have with them) at Cellucity. I was illated that the phone I have been waiting for (3wks) has finally arrived.
Lerato (the best, well-informed consultant @ cellucity) that has ben servicing my family and friends was on leave. Against my better judgement I upgraded with Stacy. She explained the 7days. Drill. Bring phone if its faulty. Wich I did 2days later. She told me she will be sending the unit to capetown to be assessed n repaired. This was odd, I assumed that since it was a new phone they will just replace it with another new one. But I obliged since it was only going to take a few days, a week at the most.
After a week, with no correspondence from the shop, I took matters in my hands, I called more than 10times checking with cellucity, and got the same response, someone will call you as soon as your cell is back from repairs. I visited the shop more than 5times, same response. Untill by chance Lerato was @ the shop when I passed by, he check the records n my application with note" give costomer a new unit" few days after it was booked. So almost 3wks I had to wait 4 nothing, people lazy to check! BlackBerryb 9810. Now they oustock.
