Back in 2009 I got data modem from Cell C for R75 monthly debited from my credit card
In 2011 I decided to cancel this service so filled form and faxed it and sent email to customer support (As advised from Cell C shop in Fourways)
After that did not see anymore Cell C debit on my credit card and matter was closed
This month received debt collectors letter that I own R264.33 to Cell C (Pty) LTD
Cell C needs to explain ASAP how can they handle over my details to debt collector for not existent debt???
