Game (MassMart) advertised the LG 511lt Metallic SxS Fridge/Freezer in their weekly promotion running from the 8/05/13 till 14/05/3. On Sunday the 12/05/13 I went to their Pavilion Branch, which is one of the bigger branches, in KZN to purchase the Fridge. I was informed that they did not have stock. On checking the system, I was advised that the Pinetown Branch had a floor unit for me to look at. Also their Warehouse in Nandi Drive had 40 units in stock. I went to get a call back voucher, waited about 10 minutes for the guy doing that, to finish a call on his cell phone, then I had to ask him to assist me. He proceeded to call the floor staff on the intercom to enquire if there was a similar floor unit (SAMSUNG and a more expensive LG). I informed him that I wanted to see the unit advertised. I was given the Call Back Voucher and dismissed. I had to call today 15/05/13 to see if they had a unit. STILL NO LUCK. Nandi Drive is 10kms from the Pavilion. Surely guys it does not take take 9 days to get advertised stock from 10kms away. Game please review your cctv footage 12/05/13 at 13:30 and sort this out for me. Your customer service and I am disappointed!!!
