My Husband and I have been customers of MTN for many years now - we recently upgraded one of our accounts which was on the 28th of December 2013. The upgrade was for a router and a 40inch smart Samsung TV unit. We received the router but unfortunately we have not received any feedback regarding the TV unit. It has been 3 weeks and 4 days already. We have visited the store 3 times (incl. day of upgrade) and I have made numerous calls to the store - only being promised that they will contact me telephonically and to my disappointment I receive no feedback. This is becoming increasing frustrating and I am highly disappointed in this service provided. We have four accounts with MTN and if this is the service I receive then I would prefer taking my contracts where customer service is efficient and work ethics honoured. No customer should pay for goods not received!!!
