BIS connection service

I have a Telkom mix account which is a blackberry curve 8520 and the land line, but my BIS doesn't work on certain days i can make phone calls and receive sms, but i cant even send and receive any mail which is crucial to my work environment, not have the BIS working is affecting my work, i have applications that require my BIS to be working also, this is truly painful. I have called the call center a few times but I just get the usual suggestions. Please will someone who knows what the problem is help me resolve it as it is extremely frustrating.
