I went to Game Vaal Mall to buy a printer that was advertised on the internet. There was no printer of this model on display. There was nobody in attendance, while a lot of salespeople were standing around talking, or rather screaming, at each other. I asked if someone could please come and assist me, as I am disabled and needed help. I was told to wait for an assistant who was in the office. After waiting for a long time, I asked someone again if I could please get some assistance. Still, nothing happened, so I left the store and bought my printer at Incredible Connection, where the service was brilliant! I will never be going back to Game Vaal Mall.
