Good day, to whom it may concern.
We have reported a manifold fault & painting of Afrox gas pipeline since last year August. Unfortunately
there has been communications & people were assigned to assist on this matter as it is urgent. As I send this mail
it has not yet been fixed, meaning it has been ignored. This is not right at all as a customer buying your product but cannot get help from the service provider. Should we wait for the shop to burst into flames before someone says ''hey guys let's get out there and get the issue sorted?'
