PATHETIC, POOR UNACCEPTABLE REPAIR SERVICE

I AM MASHUDU... DONT GO FOR VIRGIN MOBILE, once you sign the form, they dont care about you. this is my 3rd complain about their repair service. my phone was booked on the 6th August again, after it was booked for service for 2 months, it came back not repaired successfuly, but they said my phone was fine. what is funny is it is booked for the second time within a period of a month, the charged the phone more that it was charged for the service before, within a month, i received an email after a long time that the quote is approved, and have priotised my repair. today i just receive the sms that my phone REF ALM136471 is awating for spares, SO NOW I HAVE TO WAIT, THIS MONTH I PAID MORE THAN R800, WHEN IM SUPPOSED TO BE PAYING R320, I USED ALOT OF AIRTIME WHEN DOWNLOADING BACK THE APPLICATION THAT THE REPAIR WIPED OUT THAT I USED, NOW WHEN THE PHONE COME BACK, I HAVE TO DOWNLOAD AGAIN. MIND YOU, IM PAYING FOR A PHONE THAT ITS NOT EVEN WITH ME, FOR THE PAS 4 MONTHS, IM PAYING FOR PHONE THAT ISNT WORKING. IM REAL OFF. I WANT VIRGIN TO BRING BACK THE PHONE TODAY, EVEN IF ITS NOT DONE, AND I WANT TO PAY OFF THE REMINDER THAT IS LEFT, I DONT WANT AN AGENCY CALLING ME TO TO ME.
