Mobile phone being sold at the repair cente

I booked in my Samsung Galaxy S2 smart on 12.12.12 for a power fault and cracked screen I was qouted and I rejected qoutation. A month later after I booked in my phone I landed a contract job in Capetown and I was away for some time I just recently came back. I lost the banking details that were sent by repair center because they charge for corrier I went back to telkom store at westgate to get the banking details and made payment of R180. Now that I made payment I phoned them to notify them that I payed to my surprise the repair center sold my phone claiming it was at their facilities for a long period. No one from Telkom or the repair center contacted saying my mobile phone will be sold if I don't make payment in a specified date which I think that is common courtesy as a client. And bear in mind that's a contract phone which I am still paying for the staff at Telkom Westgate they useless I mean all they do is try to shift the blame to the repair center but I booked in my phone Telkom so I hold them responsible and I want my phone back that's all.
