Considering to leave MTN for Bad service

I am very frustrated by the way MTN handled my repair query. I have booked my phone 3times for one reason, but was never resolved. and been refusing to take the phone because it was not in good condition.

I booked my phone for the headset rubber-lid to be replaced, but the second time my phone was returned i was quoted for a damaged screen, When i booked my phone for the first time, it had no defaults except for the repair that was indicated in the first booking. I pay premium every month with no arrears but am paying for something am not using but kept at mtn repairs storage, it's been 3 full months now my phone is at Mtn but I pay every month for something not in my possession, is this really fair? I rather cancel my contract with Mtn than to keep paying for something that I don't use, or in my possession.

Am very frustrated with MTN. please advise. The supervisor where I bought my phone promised to intervene but never came back to me to advise me as her valued client, i had to personally contact after sales for feedback on my device.
