Cellphone damaged by Vodacom Courier Service RAM

I booked in my cellphone Nokia Lumia 820 for repairs on 01/08/13. i received job number 9081465. i was told via SMS that the phone will be send to the closest Vodacom repair centre which happened to be North West (Porcheftroom). On 19 August i called Vodacom Potch and i was told that the phone has been couriered back to Pretoria on 16/08/13. On 24/08/13 I went to checked with Brooklyn and i was told that it is not there yet as courier can take up to 14-21 days.on 29/08/13 (16:50) i went to Brooklyn to check again. I had to wait for at least 10 minutes before i got helped. i was told that the phone has not arrived and i must wait while they following up. i waited for at least another 10 Minutes before i got a response that the phone was damaged by RAM on it way back from Potch and has been taken back to head office for repairs. i requested manager of the shop and i waited for at lest 5 minutes since before he could show up. he informed me that he was not aware that my phone has been damaged and taken back to head office and he apologises and he is going to get back to me 29/08/13 (17:25). i have not received a response today 02/09/13 (19/:55). it has been more than a month!
