NEW CONTRACT AND NEW PHONE

I purchased an new phone on a two year contract ported from Nashua Mobile - no 082 802-1339 which had always been a Vodacom phone. I walked out of the Pinetown store with phone and contract and the instruction to wait four hours for the sim to be activated. Four hours later I had a beautiful phone - a wonderful little computer - but NO NETWORK SERVICE!! I couldn't make a phone call! Saturday came and went - NOTHING! I left it hoping it would sort itself out after midnight on the 31-08-2013. Sunday - NOTHING!!! I returned to the store, a new sim issued and the words "Wait four hours ..." NOTHING all day!! Monday - NOTHING!! I returned yet again to the store and after many phone calls by the Manageress it turns out the connection hadn't been completed due to an outstanding balance for the connection fee. "Perhaps the Debit Order will go through tonight or tomorrow night" What??? Now, three sim cards later STILL NO SERVICE! I shan't use Vodacom again after the contract is over - and paid R24 000.00 for a non-existent service.
