How many times must I call before someone answers - I have called the Vodacom contract cancellation number 0821958 and have grown tired of hearing the automated "we are transferring your call to the next available consultant" message! I must have heard this message over 100 times while waiting in vain for some consultant to answer!! This happened yesterday and today; to make matters worse I sent an e-mail to Vodacom yesterday, not even an automated response there to acknowledge the e-mail.
