No Feedback, Poor service

Waited 4 weeks for feedback.
after 4 weeks phone was ready in the meantime I've cancelled the upgrade due to late delivery and asked to downgrade. after many promises no feedback or anything.
yesterday I've phoned customer services, they promised to phone back requesting to cancel my upgrade and contract and to port my number to Vodacom. They didn't. Today I'm on the phone again, holding for 40 min already while typing this complaint.
They wanted to phone me back but I know they wont so I'm holding the line and refusing to pay for this call.

Put phone down after 50 minutes. Called the branch and Customer Services again still no answer. Or anything to work with. Today it has been 5weeks since I went into the store to upgrade a contract I've had since 2004. Not one instalment paid late or anything. Loyal customer for so long and this is what I get???
