I am moving in 5 days, and have been trying to contact Telkom for the last 3 weeks, every single day to get my land line relocated. I have not got an answer at the call centre once, not even once, I have up to today not spoken o any one. yeah I know call centres handling large volumes of calls and all that, but seriously, 3 weeks, holding for 15 to 20 minutes at a time, you guys need to upgrade your call centre
Yes its a toll free call, but to hold for 37minutes, seriously? that's the longest I waited before hanging up, I just waited 20 minutes for an operator before typing this complaint, and my wife is on the line as I type this.
I need my service relocated to my new residence in this week. Please, if any Telkom employee is out there, CONTACT ME.
