I am actually a fan of Virgin Mobile SA, their sales call center's are on the dot and deliveries is always on time but it seems that if you want to cancel an expired contract phone that no one cares to actually stop the account. I am finding this so annoying as anyone knows the cancellation departments phone rings forever, confirmations of cancellations are confirmed but with Virgin mobile the contract seems to continue PLUS I am still paying every month for a contract I asked to be cancelled for the 3 rd time now!!
Very Bad guys very bad, Virgin Mobile SA is changing a loyal paying customer into an annoyed frustrated and unhappy one that will start looking for other service providers soon.
