Vodacom
Blackberry still not fixed

My wife took her blackberry in to Vodashop at the Centurion Lifestyle Mall and consulted with Tsepo at the store. She explained to Tsepo the problem she was experiencing with her phone and that it was freezing which prompted re-booting all the time whenever that happened. She also stipulated that it was a CellC contract and Tsepo responded by saying that it was just a software problem and that he would not have any problem having the phone repaired. The phone was booked in at a cost of R85 which was agreed by all parties. The phone was unable to be fixed at the store and was subsequently sent to Vodacare (Schoeman Street) for repairs which took about a week, and after communicating with vodashop several times, the phone was couriered to us at Ngodwana (Nelspruit). It was then that we find that the phone is not charging, we checked the battery and found that the battery has been changed (a person's name is on it, and it's not ours). The phone is still freezing. I phoned vodashop this morning (02-09-2013) and spoke to Portia. She asked for the phone to be couriered back to her so she can follow up with Vodacare and in the meantime, we must again be without a phone. Very poor service
