I upgraded my phone at the Vodashop Village Mall in Hartbeespoort to a Samsung S4 on the 3 June 2013, I took the phone back on the 7th June 2013 for the OBF procedure Job number 8936157 as my phone was freezing non stop and I kept having to pull out the battery. Just to receive my phone back saying that it was not faulty and a software upgrade was done. I then went oversees and did not use the phone till I got back to my surprise the phone was doing the exact same thing. I then took it back to the Vodashop Village Mall for it to be sent in again Job number 9048568. Came back AGAIN with NO FAULT found. 8 August 2013 I have sent the phone in again. There is a usage on the device 38h 55min 56sec and its been almost 3 months. I don't want this phone anymore! I have not even had a chance to use the phone. I want another phone or my contract CANCELLED IMMEDIATLY! I will be taking a contract with MTN if this is not sorted out today. I am not going to leave it till it reaches the Highest person in Vodacom.
