On the 13/08/2013, my cellphone was blacklisted without any instruction from myself. I just want this fixed as I am tired of fighting with consultants who just do not want to hear my query. As I understand this process, I have a sole right of blocking my device as there should be verification questions with regards to my device that only I should be able to answer. As I said to one of the Vodacom consultants since, when I called yesterday, I was sent from pillar to post, everybody makes mistakes because the only valid reason for this mishap is that, a customer called to block own device and a consultant erroneously input an incorrect number which transferred this to my profile as a result, my phone is blocked. it displays, phone not allowed MM6.
My ref for my last call is :306489260, my ITC ref: 14208765 and my IMEI: 353612051998941.
I have never been so much inconvenienced by such incompetence to accurately perform or carry out customers' query.
