Faulty S4 Galaxy with in 1 day of use

Seemingly Bassongert is not the only one whose having problems with a brand new S4 Galaxy. I pre booked my phone and collected it around the 14th May. Between 14th and the 31May I was still using my Blackberry and I was waiting to do a sim swap to a microsim for the S4 on 1st June. I only took several pictures and checked the features of the phone. I did not want to switch to the S4 on the 14th May since I was not yet ready to stop my BBM on the BB so I decided to carry on using the BB until the expiry date of my BB contract. On 1st June I did my swim swap and activated my Smart S contract @ Vodashop Brooklyn Mall on the S4.

On the very same day I activated the microsim, some apps on the phone were freezing. On Sunday my network was very poor, the phone became hot and it kept freezing, the battery discharged within 5 to 6 hours. This was 1 day of using my new S4 Galaxy. Now Vodashop Brooklyn Mall is telling me they will not replace the phone it has been sent in for repairs. This is very frustrating and disappointing.

Clearly the S4 Galaxy isn't as wonderful as its made out to be and I feel robbed. To add to that I have no idea when I will be getting a phone its 10 days now
