No response after 5 days

On wednesday I sent an e.mail to the technical dept requesting where or how I have my handset fixed as it is not accepting a charge. All I got was an internal e.mail sent to another dept telling them to attend to my query. I have still not heard from anyone. After 5 days, and they are in the communications business? then this must be 1950
