First and foremost I mailed Neotel's consumer mail address all 7 attachments that were needed to do a change of ownership on one of my Neotel lite prepaid telephones, they claim they never received the mail although I got an automated mail response confirming that my mail had been received.
After following up with a phone call I eventually got put through to their supervisor Stephen Machaka, who asked me to mail him directly all the required documents, I then get told that a change of ownership takes 21 working days, really Neotel 21 working days for a prepaid phone that doesn't receive a monthly bill, the phone now sits with the client that I sold it too and I'm bearing the brunt from the client due to the phone now been disconnected for some reason.
