We have tried phoning the Neotel center in gateway kzn several times after we exchanged our damaged phone, but to no avail. They just don t answer their phones and they don t call back either after leaving numerous messages. This is no way for a company to run its business. This event occurred two days ago and my query has nt even been broached. Today I phoned the Head Office. I was transferred to the technical dept, but was cut off after 5 minutes of waiting. This is not a free call either, so it s costing me time and money.
This lack of service delivery malaise in South Africa is clearly demonstrated here. No wonder this country is on the decline and on the verge of economic collapse.
