Neotel
Neotel causes my e-mail to be classified as Spam

For the last few days my e-mails kept bouncing back as undeliverable with the messages saying that the e-mails are flagged as Spam (which it wasn't). I checked my Mail Server's IP on MX Toolbox, but that was all clear.

I then checked 2 of my ISP's (In this case Neotel) IP addresses, and both of them were blacklisted. I phoned Neotel's Call Centre, but they kept saying I should change the config on my PC (the same settings that I've used successfully for the last 12 years). They actually didn't understand what I meant with black-listing.

Next step: Sent a mail to their technical support, and then the shock of their response: They said that they have had many similiar complaints from other customers, and that I must log a request with MSN so that my mails will go through to Hotmail. Huh??!!

Problems:
- I never complained about Hotmail
- Why must I go through the effort of fixing THEIR IP addresses?
- If so many people havecomplained, why don't they FIX it?
- How can an ISP not monitor it's own IP addresses' status?
- My wife's business is losing money daily as she can't send e-mails to clients, yet I have heard nothing further from Neotel.

Absolutely shocking!
