I have phoned in to bonitas customer care dept regarding the start date of my dads medical aid cover. I was given a reference no and asked to send through request via e-mail which i did. i got an automated response saying they are busy with tax certificates but will attend to me shortly that was on the 17th oct. i once again sent and e-mail on friday and same an automated response with a ref no BUT STILL NO CONSULTANT REPLY VIA E-MAIL OR TELEPHONE. premiums for oct and nov have been paid but NO COMMUNICATION!!!
