Neotel servers down - cannot send e-mails

I noticed when trying to send mail through Neotel's smtp server that my mail was being bounced back with the message "550 5.7.1 Recipient not authorized, your IP has been found on a block list" - this occured on Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday - having googled and ascertained the fault was not on my side I began the LABOURIOUS process of getting through to technical support at Neotel... I was informed (by a very courteous gentleman) that the server had a problem and that they had no indication of when it would be repaired... I asked if we would receive notification when we could start sending mail again... response ... "no idea" so best bet is to send mail from time to time and see if it works... Thanks NEOTEL, I plan to run my business in the haphazard manner in which you suggest I do...
