A few days ago I experienced a problem when requesting balances. When this guy called me he promised to investigate the above, which he subsequently did. However, he has failed to respond to an e-mail that I sent him asking him why it occured. He did e-mail me giving the outcome of the investigation. All they could tell me that their was nothing wrong on the network.
A consultant, who mumbled his name, also called me regarding above query, Unfortunately, this person needs a hearing aid.
