Since the beginning of May I have had numerous problems with my cell phones. The one being used in Eldorado Park has virtually no network. The problem seems particular to Eldorado Park as soon as the cell is used outside the area it works. I have been told different things by various employees including the network and technician guys, none have resolved the problem. Air time too has been loaded incorrectly and for the month of May was a shambles with no reimbursement by virgin

I then renew my contract upgraded, the wrong phone was delivered to me I feel I work for Virgin as none of their call assistants have been able to assist. Here again I was told various things by the Call Centre. I am at a loss for words. On the first of September yet again the wrong contract has been loaded, Virgin is in breach.

Really calling yourself Virgin is an insult to Virgins. I have asked On numerous occasions for a Manager to contact me this has not been done. This is not a third rate service it's does not rate at all. Perhaps Richard Branson should fix the Call Centre and develop his infrastructure rather then flying in a balloon and having photo opportunities with Madiba.
