Useless Virgin

For a company run by Richard Branson - Virgin Mobile is surprisingly useless. I've being trying to cancel my contract for a month now. They say I must give a months notice, and now that the month is up - I'm still with them. After over an hour on the phone, I asked to speak to a manager- and wasn't allowed to speak to one. PATHETIC! I have also heard about 4 different things from different people. People clearly don't know what's going on in their company. I'm glad I'm leaving... If they let me
