MWEB - Incompetence, and high prices

I used to spend over R13, 000 per month with Mweb. There is a limit to how much poor service, and incompetence one can take and so I decided to cancel my account. I received written confirmation that the accounts would be cancelled at 23:59 on 31 August. Fortunately I changed some of the lines earlier as on the evening of 30 August my connections were disconnected. This is a Friday evening when they know that all departments (apart from the "powerless" support department) are closed till Monday. I had to get up very early Saturday and switch accounts directly, simply due to Mweb's dishonesty or incompetence.
The best thing about leaving Mweb is that I now pay R4900 a month instead of R13500. For example, a 10mb Business connection costs me now R997 instead of R2999 with Mweb. It is hard to believe but there is no difference in speed and stability and has much better customer service.
