29 August I bought the 8ta 3G sim card through myunisa and they told me to go fetch the sim card from my nearest Telkom branch, I went there got the sim card but to my surprise it was not working and it didn't have bundles they promised. on the 16 September I went to Telkom to cancel the contract they said I must call them after two weeks and I did but has nothing changed. Now UNISA want me to get a letter of cancellation from Telkom which is not easy because when I call the helpline they tell me to go to the store, at the store they said they don't have information about anyway who must help me? this is frustrating I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
