I am totally disgusted at the service provided by Telkom Direct, namely Telkom Direct store in the MenlynShoppling centre - Pretoria - I booked in a faulty Smsung S3 handset which was under Warranty on the 13 May 2013 - JOB NO PRE144241. - Two weeks later I received an Sms from Samsung stating that my phone is ready and had been despatched to Telkom Direct Menlyn.
When I went in to collect my Handset from the store I found that the store had closed down.- I went to the Telkom store upstairs only to be told that they cannot trace the handset through their system and that I would have to wait indefinitely for my Hndset
