Can someone kindly assist. Applied for a Samsung Galaxy S4 on 21.08.2013 as I wanted the phone as a present for my partner on 29.08.2013 and was sure that Cell C will be able to make that happen. I have spoken to 3 guys so far dealing with the status of the application (have to admit both of them sounded to willing to assist, have to give them credit for that). The application has been approved, what is suppose to happen is the delivery of the item. I am failing to understand what could possible be the hold up. I called Vodacom just to find out if they can be able to deliver the phone within 24 hours if I applied with them and they advised me should I decide to they can make sure that the refer me to the nearest Vodacom outlet to get the phone immediately.
Can an agent that is dealing with orders kindly contact me and give me a sure gaurantee that you guys can be able to deliver the phone, the latest being tomorrow (otherwise next week it will be pointless for me as the whole point of applying for an order will have been defeated)
