I took up the offer made by UNISA on the 6 months contract for R600 and you then collect your SIM card from a selected service provider after payment is made. I completed all the steps mentioned on the website. I went to the store on 3 occassions and I am told a different story from what the UNISA process says by 3 different consultant who are not sure who to call at UNISA to validate they claims.
I have since paid for the contract on the 13th September 2013 and I am still waiting for the message that I should collect the SIM card from Telkom Direct. If a service provider enter into a business dealing with a partner I expect as a client that they should have ways of resolving problems/queties that arise in the normal course of business. In my case no one know who to contact and I am spending more money on petrol travelling to enquire about this deal.
