MISREPRESENTATION

On Friday (27 Nov 2013) I browsed through the Telkom website, and expressed interest in a Samsung Galaxy Tab III. On Monday (25 Nov 2013) I received an SMS telling me to visit the nearest Telkom Store. I tried to call the Telkom store near the area where I live, the line was forever busy. Yesterday (26 Nov 2013) I decided to walk into the store. I got to the store and was told that these products have not been distributed to the stores.

I invested time and money printing application documents, and driving to the store... FOR NOTHING.

I did not act thoughtlessly because I had two confirmations which led to the belief that I will be able to get the tablet i.e. the internet advertisement AND the SMS.

This is not how customer should be treated. Telkom should not market product that are not available.

Displeased!!!
