I took out a new telkom Internet package. I was told to go into any Telkom and collect my free 3G dongle. I went into the Telkom branch at the Trade Route Mall on the 15 July 13 and I was told they do not have any in store. A lady said she would order one for me and I should return the next day. The following day I went back into store and I was told I can only collect the 3G went I bring a copy of my ID and Proof of residence which I was not advise of on the first day. I went back to the the store on the 18 July 13 and I was told they do not have any in store or in the warehouse.
The staff at this store are very rude and not helpful at all. If they do not have an item in store they should advise clients and not make them run around.
This is not the first time I have been to the Telkom store at the Mall where I was not helped.
Why advertise this to customers went you do not have it...
