Couldn't renew my contract and now NO STOCK!!!

Apart from the renewal complaint, see below. After Renewal was finally done... Sorry Sir there's NO STOCK. It's been 6 working days already and NO S4 Mini stock at Adderley Street branch. For all these mistakes, NOT once did Telkom offer any complimentary items or even delivery of the phone for the mishaps. POOR SERVICE DELIVERY. This is my LAST contract with Telkom/Telkom Mobile/8ta. Confirms why I DONT have a landline installed.

Renewal Complaint:
Was called thrice in one day by Telkom Mobile to renew/upgrade my contract. Decided to go instore and upgrade. Went to Telkom Direct store in Kenilworth, as well as the Telkom Mobile Store in Kenilworth, who had no stock. At the Telkom Direct store, Telkom's Amdocs Customer Interaction Manager software could not renew/upgrade me due to a system/profile error. This happened for 3 days in a row and all the CSR could say was sorry there's system/profile error, we don't know when its going to work. So I wasted my time, effort and petrol going to the store to renew. I think since I'm 22 months in, I might as well CANCEL the contract and never sign up with Telkom again.
