I CAN'T ACCESS MY TAX INVOICES

I moved from contract to prepaid in august in order to move to another service provider, but I still required access to my tax invoices online, and though i would have it.

Once you change to prepaid you no longer get that option... and barely anyone in the support center can assist you... I went to three different departments in the call center to try resolve it... from prepaid to contracts to then accounts who all didn't have access then to customer support that eventually tried to fax me the document...

but I can't use it because it's not in the same format as the one I used to get online.

After stuffing up on the number porting about 3 times to another service, I just stayed on Vodacom prepaid.

Isn't it law that you keep financial records for a certain period or something and make it available to access in the format I'm used to. and if it isn't, it should be.
