DATA BUNDLE LOADED TO INCORRECT ACCOUNT

Today I contacted MTN Customer Service Centre to load an additional data bundle onto my dongle. I was "assisted" by Donne. Donne to say the least is either in training and didn't advise me of this or is just clueless with regards to product knowledge. I was on the phone for nearly 21 minutes during which time she asked me to hold about 6 times while she tried to find answers to my various questions (of a very simple nature). I expressed to her my sheer frustration at the length of the call and finally requested that she please just load the bundle so that I could get off the phone.

It was only after I hung up, my head spinning from all Donne's backwards and forward and inabilities that I realized she probably used the incorrect cellphone number as I have 3.
I called back to the call centre only to be told that it had already been loaded and cannot be reversed, this was by the supervisor Zebalanie.

In short I must now pay R249 for a 2GB bundle that I cannot access and cannot use largely due to the fault of the MTN consultant who doesn't know her job? Quite sickening and definitely food for thought to use the NCA guidelines and terminate my contract!
