No feedback for almost 3 weeks

I called vodacom in June to cancel my contract and move my number to prepaid. I had 300 free minutes which I had to use up before the 1st of July 2013. On the 29th of June I tried to make call but I was unable to, On the 30th of June I tried to make a call but I was told to load airtime.

Which means Vodacom has moved my number to prepaid on the 29th instead of 1 July 2013. I have been calling 0821958 since the 2nd of July but no one could assist me. Everyone that I spoke to promised to get back to me but no one did. On the 17th of July I spoke to Olgah who is a team leader, she promised to call me back but she didn't. On the 22nd of July 2013, I spoke to another who told me there's no records of my number being moved to prepaid on the 1st of July and I should contact the person who moved my line to prepaid. Really?
