Terrible and frustrating customer service

We are a business client of Autopage and I have been trying to upgrade my package to a higher package between me and my pa we have called 3 times each time spoken to a different person and every time they say they have sent the documents to our e mail but we haven't received them then we gave the fax number still nothing I am just amazed how pathetic this is trying to give them more business and they making it impossible
