I recently received a phone call from an Altech autopage, They offered me a package containing 200 smses and 200 units monthly. The lady on the phone was quite persistent and almost forced me to take the package. Out of common courtesy I allowed her to continue. She explained and I asked her to call me back the following day. When she called again I hadn't spoken to my spouse as was the agreement. Due to the fact that we were extremely I was unable to take her call. She called twice that day, I do not have a number on which to call her back as this was never provided. This was the last time I heard from her. A few days later I received a call from a company called Creditworx. Who threatened to take action if I did not pay an amount of R150 owed to Altech Autopage. Furios as can be I went to the police station, who advised I can only open a case of against Altech if I have proof. Today I received an sms again with a phone number called them and asked if they could provide the account to me. They said yes but didn't know how long it would take. This is rather frustrating PLEASE HELP...
