AUTOPAGE AT IT AGAIN, AND ALWAYS

Can somebody please help me at Autopage. I dont know what else to do now. I called the customer care line, went to branches and still there is no help.

My last upgrade was in May 2011 and when i went to the store to upgrade, 1st day they told me i upgraded 2 days ago which i was suprised to hear that. the 2nd time, they told me i upgraded four month ago. Everytime i speak to someone at Autopage i get a new story. I did not get any joy since i started using Autopage services. WHAT I WANT NOW IS TO CONVERT MY NUMBER TO THE PRE-PAID because i don't know who gave you people permission to extend my contract automatically without my consent. who did you give the new phone to after the upgrade that you are claiming that i've done. Few months ago your excuse was my line is on hold which no one was able to explain. Please convert my number to prepaid with immediate effect and dont tell me about the notice because you did not give me notice when you renewed my contract without my knowledge. I will get a contract from other companies who understands what a client is.
