Autopage - Rude, disrespectful, and incompetent

What meant to be a quick trip to renew my contract, ended up me cancelling my contract. due to the rude, disrespectful and incompetent behaviour from the Manager and one staff member.

When I got there I was offered a package at a certain price, once the package was finalised I had to come the following day to sign the contract,

When it came to signing the contract i picked up they had put me on the wrong package, GAVE ME AN EXCUSE could not tell me what my billing date is, how much they would bill, and even when will the package refresh. I asked what is your purpose at this shop he stated customer service!

After all this I was treated and spoken to like I am child. And that is just to be brief.

Head office should really looking at getting a new manager for that branch, as he thinks he is doing favour for clients and has no business ethics, no manners and no customer service.

I know at least five people who have left auto page (good paying customers) because of such disgusting service.
