Word cannot express how I feel about Autopage, I have been a client of Autopage since1998. The only time you receive service is when they cut your line and when they want you to upgrade your contract (they even mess this up). We keep on complaining about incorrect billing, we have black and white proof of emails that was send to change the package or upgrades that were done. But they just carry with what they want to do. My two sons iPhone contracts has been a mess from day one, as per Autopage they used all there data, but when we check on what they still have available it very clearly shows that still have free minutes. I personally changed and send a mail to them to upgrade my wife line from Talk 120 to Talk240 last year June, my wife has spoken to them as well, to date nothing has change. The best of it all at the end of the month you as client must just pay what ever amount they tell you to pay, when you complain about the incorrect amount, all they say is pay the amount or we cut the line, we will look into it. We as a client do not have ANY rights and we are out of pocket of thousands of rands that they owe us in credits.
