MTN WESTWOOD - SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I went into the store at Westwood on Monday 26/7 to do a sim swap. I was assistd by Simone. Didn't have my green id on me, I filled in the form and paid. On my return to the office I emailed Simone asking her to confirm receipt of my email as well as that the activation had been done. She never replied. I called later that pm, she was busy, I left a message for her. She did not return my call or my email. I called again on Tuesday am, she was busy, I left a message for her, she did not return my call or my email. I called again and got through to her. She did not acknowledge my email from previous day, said she would call back in 10 mins. Waited 45 min, no call from Simone. Called back, spoke to the manager, Damien. Assured me he would resolve the issue and call back. He called back, advised me that Simone had given me the incorrect sim but he would send a driver with the replacement sim. Tue pm, no sign of sim. Called Damien back, he apol, said driver was in Pmb but that he would get it dropped off the following day (Wed). Wed no sign of sim card or Damien. Called shop again, Damien busy, driver will be dropping off the sim, 3.20pm - no sim, no call, no contact, can't! get hold of anyone!!!
