RUDE AND UNHELPFUL, I CALLED 5 TIMES STILL NO HELP

Rude Unhelpful Staff, forever on Hold.

13.07, spoke to someone told would be delivered even put me through to driver said he was close I gave directions. TIME 10 MINS
16.39 called again where is my package, was told cant get hold of driver (WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE) he tried again said driver couldn't find me he told me he tried to call that is a complete lie, there was no call to me, agent said sorry driver is in midrand, I said get a supervisor to call me immediately he said ok, Fantastic customer service again no call from supervisor. TIME 15 MINS
17.04 called again left message get supervisor to call me, no call as yet
17.28 called again, call me urgently.

YOUR SERVICE IS RUBBISH, I AM OFF, DELIVER IT TODAY, I DON'T CARE THAT YOUR DRIVER COULDN'T FIND IT, NOT MY PROBLEM. THEY ARE MY VEHICLE DOCUMENTS I NEED TO SELL THE CAR. THIS IS NOT A SORRY SIR WE'LL DELIVER MONDAY. YOU WILL DELIVER NOW.

KNOWING HOW USELESS YOU HAVE BEEN SO FAR, I DON'T SUPPOSE ANYONE WILL CALL ME BACK, IF YOU RUIN MY CAR SALE I WILL SCREAM.
