Made a and still waiting

I got confirmation that I can expect my parcel 23/12/2013 between 1-2pm. I phone told them I am leaving at 11 the next day. I phone again 24/12/2013 at 10H29 was told by Leasha/leechan it will arrive before 12H00. phoned again 11H31 told them I was suppose to leave at 11 all ready. Simone told me that Nora (courier manager) said the the parcel is still at the depot in Jetpark and I am in Rosebank they waiting for a driver to bring it to me until what time can i wait... LOL.(A PARCEL THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE DELIVERED THE PREVIOUS DAY... Ha ha) I was on the call with Simone for 30 minutes then she told me her manager did not know this call centre agent Leacha/leechan and my call was not logged.
1. I was to by Leacha/Leechan (ghost call Center agent)
2. Made a by Simone/Janet that I did not made the call at 10H29
3. Made to wait 1 Hour for a parcel that was suppose to be on its way but was in fact still at the Depot.
FIRST and LAST time ordering from [URL Removed] worst service ever, you manager Janet could not even speak to me herself I was put on hold every time Simone needed to relay my message to her.
