I was contacted on the 4th October and informed that my son had won a gift card.
On Monday 28th October I contacted TFG Head office by phone because I had still not received the gift card. My details were taken down and I was told that a lady by the name of Lyn would call me back.
I heard nothing that day so I called back the following day Tuesday the 29th October and got through to a voicemail for somebody by the name of Rowena. I left a message for her to call me back.
Again I heard nothing that day, nor the following two days.
So I called back on Friday the 1st November, and again got through to someone's voice mail. And once again I left a message for someone to call me back. I sent an email to the customer services address on the 4th November to complain and ask that someone contact me back. I sent another email 2 days later requesting feedback on my previous email. Up to this point (Thursday 7th November) still no one has contacted me back.
This level of service is shocking and I am bitterly disappointed in a company that I have been a loyal customer of for more than 10 years.
