A young lady insured with Discovery reversed into my car and gave me an 0860 number to call to process the claim. I called the number and was verbally given a 011 529 3732 number to call.. after calling this number repeatedly to no avail I called back the 0860 number only to be told that that is not the correct thing to do and I should rather email [Email Removed] - which I did informing them of the wasted phone calls and wrong information in my first mail. I then received a BLANK mail from Simone with no explanation or greeting but with an attachment of the documents required. That was 7 days ago. I was then mailed and told and assessor will get hold of me. No one called me so today I call Simone asking her what has happened. She went on the attack immediately and told me that the assessors have been trying to get hold of me repeatedly and that she copied and pasted my cell number in so there can be no mistake. I said that their must be as my phone works..she said she didn't like my attitude and if I didn't like their service I could go to my own insurance company! To say that I am shocked at her contempt is an understatement. She also said she didn't want the case?!
